The MBA says 1.6% of the state's homeowners had their homes sold through foreclosures as of June 30, compared with a national rate of 1%.

Since insulating paint is thicker than typical paint, it tends to more easily fill in tiny wall cracks and imperfections, which improves appearance, reduces air leakage and helps stop sound from passing through walls.
